Five kinds of knowledge

No "deals", no "leads", no "cases" — the same schema serves a founder, a lawyer, a designer, a researcher.

kindWhat it holdsExample
factThings that are simply true"Our server region is Frankfurt."
decisionWhat was decided — and why"Priced at $7 because competitors sit at $9–12."
preferenceHow you like things done"Reports short and visual, always."
entityPeople, companies, products"Ahmet — designer, prefers async reviews."
noteNot classified yetAnything worth keeping before it has a shape.

Updates never erase

When knowledge changes, the new record supersedes the old one. The old record leaves search results but stays in history — ask what changed and when, and get a real answer, including the old rationale.

Yours, visibly

Every record is yours: inspect it, correct it, export it. PackWolf asks before it learns — the assistant proposes what's worth keeping and you confirm, so your memory stays a brain, not a junk drawer.
